LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment and plant systems. The role covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, with potential shifts including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting control systems, performing preventive maintenance, supporting installations and start-up projects, and collaborating with the Maintenance Team

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on industrial production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain and repair industrial motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits, relays, contactors, breakers, transformers, and other industrial control systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and other industrial automation systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities.
• Assist production operators and other Maintenance Team members with troubleshooting equipment and repairs.
