Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Atlanta Manufacturing to support production by maintaining electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will install, service, repair, inspect, and program facility equipment while adhering to safety procedures and reporting findings.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of maintenance experience, good communication skills, and at least one year in plant maintenance.

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• One year as Plant Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and wear prescribed safety equipment.
• Install, service, repair, inspect, and program electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; covers facility equipment, buildings, vehicles, and utilities.
• Know and follow safety procedures including high and low voltage operation, proper grounding, and lock out tag out procedures.
• Order parts and supplies to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
• Make emergency calls on all shifts and coordinate overtime to maintain production efficiency.
• Communicate with outside contractors as necessary.
• Follow reliability procedures, process controls, testing procedures and job cards related to work.
• Report work performed, findings, time, and materials used clearly and accurately.
• Keep work area neat and cleanup materials and tools after tasks.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the manufacturing facility.
• Basic understanding of computer use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
