Qualifications

• One to three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/food processing environment.
• Must communicate verbally and in writing in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Must perform basic arithmetic and algebraic functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
• Repair or fabricate parts using welding and metal‑working tools.
• Inspect components and measure tolerances with calipers and gauges.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts and replace them.
• Document all work on work orders and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor refrigerants and ensure compliance with regulations.
