Job summary
The Wonderful Citrus maintenance team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repairs in an automated facility. You will use predictive tech to evaluate machine health and work with various departments to keep production safe and efficient.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, identifying improvements, and training operators.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Technical degree and 3+ years in production/manufacturing preferred or equivalent experience.
- Stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds with PPE as required.
- Ability to operate in a safety-focused facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative/predictive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
- Utilize predictive technologies to assess machine condition and lifespan.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Identify and implement equipment/process improvements.
- Provide training to operators and maintenance staff.
- Create/modify work orders in the CMMS and document work performed.
