You will perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with increasing independence.

This journey-level role requires 3 to 5 years of experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of maintenance mechanic experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Technicians at this level work more independently than LevelI staff, handling a broader range of duties and moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision. This position helps maintain equipment performance, applies safety and food quality standards, uses CMMS systems to track work, and contributes to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of duties including diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
• Conduct moderately complex preventive and predictive maintenance using external measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimize production downtime.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day.
