Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated food processing equipment. You will use thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and ultrasonics to assess machine health and lifespan, and you will troubleshoot various systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and being open to a 4 PM - 12:30 AM shift in a fast-paced facility.
Formación
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree and 3+ years in production/manufacturing preferred (or equivalent).
- Stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift.
- Climb ladder/scaffolding to heights >10'.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work at heights with PPE.
Responsabilidades
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Create/modify work orders in CMMS; document work performed.
- Identify and implement equipment/process improvements.
