Job summary

Haleon in the United States seeks a skilled maintenance technician to support packaging lines. You will diagnose equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and implement improvements to sustain line performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of troubleshooting experience, knowledge of machine shop tools, and the ability to work a 6 PM – 6:30 AM 3-day schedule. Benefits include healthcare from day one and a robust rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety, quality, and GMP policies and procedures.
• Diagnose equipment performance concerns and coordinate resolutions with Engineering, Operations and Tech support.
• Perform line changeovers for packaging/manufacturing equipment and related utilities.
• Support maintenance and operations teams to achieve line performance goals.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and documentation of preventive and breakdown tasks.
