Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Packaging Technician to support the packaging area and drive root-cause analysis for process improvements. This 12-hour shift role runs from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with responsibilities across line operations, material handling, maintenance support, SAP-based material flow, and quality documentation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to work 12-hour shifts (including every other weekend), and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate automated toothpaste packaging lines at speeds up to 450 tubes per minute.
• Handle packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform autonomous maintenance on equipment.
• Assist maintenance technician on preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct inventories of packaging materials and products.
• Perform quality checks and document results in the system.
