Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the St. Louis area to support packaging and facility operations. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with installing and repairing line equipment to maintain peak performance.

The role offers a 3-day, 36-hour night shift (6 PM–6:30 AM) with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance within a global health company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment; proficient with mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, process safety, environmental permits, quality policies, procedures and training requirements.
• Diagnose equipment performance concerns and coordinate resolution with Engineering, Operations, and Technical support.
• Perform line changeovers including disassembly/re-assembly of packaging/manufacturing line equipment and related systems.
• Support Operations performance, troubleshoot processing equipment and high-speed packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS.
• Install new equipment and repair existing equipment from specifications and manuals.
• Create material lists; order materials; use CMMS for work orders and PMs.
