Job summary

Haleon in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain production and facility equipment through routine preventive and predictive maintenance. You will diagnose issues, set up line changeovers, and perform repairs to keep high line efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with high-speed automated packaging equipment, welding knowledge (TIG/MIG/ARC) and basic sheet metal skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical trade school certificate preferred.
• 3-5 years experience troubleshooting and repairing high speed automated packaging equipment.
• Welding knowledge of TIG, MIG, ARC and Gas preferred.
• Basic sheet metal skills including guarding fabrication and layout.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems and take corrective action to achieve optimum line efficiency.
• Independently set up changeover and repair filling equipment and packaging lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on all equipment as required.
• Documentation equipment preparation, set up, PM and repair in strict accordance with SOP and GMP requirements.
• Review equipment status and downtime Pareto analyses with supervision and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the execution of validation protocols and adhere to procedures.
