Job summary

Froedtert Health West Bend Hospital is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to support the care environment. This onsite role maintains buildings and equipment essential to hospital operations and may perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping.

Experience is preferred (2 years in building maintenance or plant operations), with a High School diploma and a valid driver license required for most shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver license is required for first and second shift staff only (any 3rd shift staff member moving to 1st or 2nd shift would need to provide proof of valid driver's license upon transfer).

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

This customer serviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. May assist/performs a variety of repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance. Which may include HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping.
