EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

A minimum of 4 years of related work experience necessary involving renovation and/or remodeling projects which include but is not limited to: Blue print reading. (Auto CAD experience necessary); obtaining contractor proposals; Outside contractor coordination/supervision is required. Prior experience in work delegation is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION

Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Architect), or equivalent is required. In lieu of educational requirement 6 years of experience is required.
