Job summary

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to join our on-site team in Exeter, NH. The role encompasses a broad range of building maintenance, repairs, and services, working Monday–Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm with rotating on-call duties.

You will be part of a high-performing maintenance team, developing relationships with residents and staff while keeping the community well-maintained and safe. The position emphasizes reliability and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• The ability to operate a variety of power and hands tools is required.
• A basic knowledge of general maintenance and equipment repairs with at least 1 year of experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, floor care, drywall, construction and/or audio-visual experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fire drills and emergency response procedures to keep residents safe.
• Respond to medical alert calls (no first aid necessary).
• Participate in on-call rotation with other staff.
