Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Endwell, NY, seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment and conveyors in our distribution center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and document PM activities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of PLC controls, hydraulics and pneumatics, and the ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings. Shift: 2B, Tue–Fri, 5:30p–3:30a with $1/hr shift diff. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or technical certificate in mechanical/electrical field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in industrial/DC environments.
• Experience with PLCs, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and follow PM standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA and safety requirements including LOTO and safe work practices.
• Repair and maintain facility equipment, conveyors, and conveyance systems; document work performed.
• Report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage to Maintenance leadership.
• Assist in training junior technicians to elevate performance.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to complete DC projects safely and timely.
• Support DC operations as needed.
