Rich’s, also known as Rich Products Corporation, is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for the Santa Ana, CA facility. This 1st shift position runs Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, focusing on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic maintenance and preventive work.

You will diagnose equipment issues using drawings, P&ID’s and manuals, work with PLC/SLC logic, train new associates, and uphold GMP and Safety guidelines while operating the Rich’s SCADA system and documenting

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in food processing with production equipment troubleshooting.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to train others in Maintenance operations.
• Self-directed work team participation.
• Proficiency with Rich’s SCADA system.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses maintenance failures.
• Uses drawings, P&ID’s and manuals to tune equipment and applies PLC/SLC principles to solve problems.
• Maintains safe, GMP-compliant work area and completes appropriate paperwork.
• Trains Associates and team members on required maintenance skills.
• Operates Rich’s SCADA system and supports production as needed.
