Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shifts Available!

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on keeping machines running and production lines moving? Do you take pride in tackling complex mechanical and electrical challenges head-on? If so, we want YOU on our team!

We’re looking for skilled, motivated, and experienced Maintenance Technicians to become key players in our growing manufacturing operation. Whether you prefer the early action of 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or the energy of 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), we’ve got a spot ready for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to keep production rolling.
  • Dive into detailed diagrams, schematics, and PLC logic to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Work with vendors, order parts, and manage repairs from start to finish.
  • Maintain our facility inside and out—from production machinery to plumbing to the parking lot.
  • Lead and supervise janitorial and cleaning staff as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and maintenance activities.
What You Bring:
  • 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication machinery like stamping presses, roll formers, welders, etc.
  • Strong skills in reading mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and PLC programs.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, internet search, etc.)
  • Spanish-speaking ability? Even better!
Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Post-secondary technical training or journeyman/apprenticeship preferred (bonus for an associate’s in electro-mechanical tech).

Salary: $68,640 - $79,040 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical breakdowns, making timely repairs to minimize and/or prevent re-occurrences.
  2. Diagnose sources of potential problems and take action to prevent breakdowns.
  3. Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime of machinery and equipment.
  4. Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to maximize machinery and equipment uptime.
  5. Recommend repairs/replacements to machinery, support equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  6. Maintain contacts and subcontractors for technical and emergency assistance.
  7. Analyze and repair electrical control circuits using diagrams and wire tracing.
  8. Interpret PLC logic to diagnose and repair control issues.
  9. Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including grounds and parking lots.
  10. Supervise maintenance, janitorial, and cleaning staff.
  11. Communicate effectively with plant and office personnel.

The essential functions include working up to 3 hours of overtime per week.
