Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Keep equipment running smoothly by performing preventive maintenance on conveyors, presses, and stackers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Work with PLC-controlled equipment to diagnose and fix production issues.
• Fabricate and weld components for equipment improvements.
• Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.

Salary: $68,000 - $83,200 per year
Shift: Second
Work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities:

• Safely maintain all equipment utilizing the planned preventative maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment problems.
• Prioritize scheduled maintenance around production schedules.
• Create a culture of safety and accident prevention.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical/electronic skills, and read mechanical prints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and diagrams for AC/DC motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform mechanical fabrication, welding, and equipment adjustments to improve productivity.
• Identify wear and repair or replace parts as needed.
• Operate various tools for parts repair and fabrication.

Essential Functions:

• Wear steel toe shoes
• Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week
• Work on weekends
