Available Shifts

• 12-hour shifts with rotating schedule
• Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM; Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM; rotation required

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments
• Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Service gear boxes, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, pumps
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Perform basic machinist skills
• Use hand and power tools
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Operate material handling equipment (training provided if needed)

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience or an associates degree with willingness to grow
• Must pass Ramsey Mechanical Aptitude Test
• Computer skills or ability to learn work order systems
• Effective communication skills for troubleshooting
• Welding experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
• Minimum 2 years with a previous employer
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
