Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

Basic Function / Fungsi Dasar:

Responsible for maintenance activities on Otis products based on Otis procedures to achieve customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities / Tugas dan Tanggung jawab:

1. Perform service activities on Otis products following Otis service procedures.
2. Replace Otis product spare parts.
3. Respond to callbacks during office hours and overtime if necessary and approved by the Supervisor.
4. Fill in callback reports in detail after repairing Otis products.
5. Complete time tickets, Service Reports, overtime logs, and other administrative reports accurately and punctually.
6. Provide updates and reports to the Supervisor on important issues under their responsibility.
7. Create spare parts requisitions with supervisor approval and return damaged parts if necessary.
8. Represent and maintain a positive image of PT Citas Otis Elevator in interactions with customers and government institutions, following company policies and procedures.
9. Maintain safety equipment provided by the company and adhere to safety procedures at work.
10. Keep and properly care for work support equipment provided by the company.
11. Perform minor adjustments on Otis products following Otis adjustment procedures.
12. Participate in company-conducted training programs.
13. Implement company programs as instructed by supervisors.
14. Adjust to workload demands and be prepared to work beyond official hours seasonally.
15. Operate within the company's code of ethics, known as the Three Absolute Otis, and report any suspicious situations promptly to ECO/B.P.O.
16. Fully comply with all company policies and procedures.

Principal Working Relationship / Hubungan Kerja Utama:

• Report directly to Route Section Manager / Outside Supervisor.
• Work closely with repair, adjuster, and callback mechanics.

Qualifications / Kualifikasi:

• Graduate of Technical High School (STM) with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
