• This individual will set up, adjust, and maintain assigned equipment, ensuring production and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include interior/exterior painting and floor maintenance throughout all Consortium facilities. The role also involves general maintenance duties and collaboration with other plant personnel on specific building projects.

Supervision Received

Under limited supervision, this individual will work independently on routine tasks, referring complex or unusual situations to the Plant Operations Manager.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• This is a physically demanding role, requiring constant standing, lifting of light to heavy objects, climbing, and working from ladders. Work may be in restroom areas and during inclement weather.

Additional duties include interior/exterior painting, floor maintenance (stripping, waxing, burnishing, shampooing), minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, heavy furniture moving, grounds maintenance, responding to emergency calls, equipment inspections, reporting malfunctions, organizing work schedules, and other related tasks.
