Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Mechanic in Canton, OH to keep production equipment operating at peak performance. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery such as 480V three-phase systems, motors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and sensors, plus reading electrical schematics and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Commitment to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.

• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.

We're looking for a 1st shift skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our Canton, OH team and play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating at peak performance!

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery, including 480V three-phase systems, motors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, belts, and sensors.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals to complete repairs efficiently.
• Install, relocate, and support production equipment while maintaining facility systems such as air compressors, lighting, and overhead doors.

$24.00 per hour Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
