Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Bardstown, KY to repair and troubleshoot production machinery, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and install or modify equipment to maximize uptime.
You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams, participate in continuous improvement, complete maintenance paperwork, and train maintenance trainees on proper operation and safety.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team where your skills will have a direct impact on equipment reliability, production uptime, safety, and continuous improvement.
$62,400-$85,280 annually, based on experience

Work alongside Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
Ongoing safety and equipment training
Repair and troubleshoot production machinery during operations.
Perform preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
Install, remove, modify, and maintain production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Support Production, Engineering, and Quality teams with equipment issues.
Participate in equipment problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Complete required maintenance documentation and paperwork.
Learn and support new production equipment and technologies.
Train employees on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Train and mentor Maintenance Trainees.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma or GED.
3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with:
Electrical systems
Hydraulic systems
Pneumatic systems
Mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to diagnose and repair industrial production equipment.
Experience with robotics, PLCs, automation, or material handling systems is preferred.
Valid driver's license required.

This is a hands-on maintenance position requiring the ability to:
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand for 8+ hours
Climb, carry, pull, grip, twist, and reach as needed
Maintain good hand-eye coordination
Valid driver's license required
Up to 5% domestic travel
