Maintenance Mechanic – Columbus, OH

Full-time | $25–$30/hr

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you’ll keep production equipment and the facility running safely and efficiently — making sure operations never miss a beat.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Read and work from electrical schematics and ladder logic
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate repair records
• Support plant safety and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and OSHA standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, welding (TIG), and fabrication a plus
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures (LOTO, confined space, etc.)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
