Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for the graveyard shift to support production at our facility. You will perform maintenance on a wide range of plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, reliable operations.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage between $35 and $45, plus bonuses and overtime pay, with comprehensive benefits. You will document work performed and participate in EH&S, housekeeping, and plant initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• This position maintains a wide range of equipment in the plant.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Record work performed and keep supervisor notified of job status.
• Complies with environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs.
• Active participation in plant JTE and EMS initiatives.

• Perform maintenance on plant equipment across the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic and complex manufacturing machinery.
• Record maintenance actions and communicate status to supervisor.
• Follow environmental, health and safety policies and housekeeping rules.
• Support and participate in plant safety and continuous improvement programs.

Job Details

• This position is required to perform maintenance on a wide range of equipment throughout the plant
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both basic and complex manufacturing equipment
• Records work performed and keep supervisor notified of job status
• Complies with all environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs
• Actively support and participate in plant BBS program
• Other duties as assigned
• Use mobile equipment as necessary (forklift, man-lift, electric cart)
• Plant EMS objectives and targets
• Significant environmental air aspects and impacts
• Active participation and support of plant JTE initiative and activities
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk
• The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to extreme heat
• The employee occasionally works in highly precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration
