Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment, automation, or high-speed production lines.
• Sheet metal experience with transfer press machinery preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with CMMS systems for tracking maintenance activities.
• Forklift and/or crane certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machinery.
• Maintain and repair equipment including compressors, engines, and motors.
• Operate pneumatic tools and systems, conveyors, cranes, and forklifts as needed.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur.
• Respond to downtime promptly and perform root cause analysis to minimize recurrence.
• Support installation, relocation, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Follow safety protocols, including high-voltage battery systems and hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machinery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (battery, chemical, automotive, or similar preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with industrial equipment, automation, or high-speed production lines
• Experience working in sheet metals with transfer press machinery is strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with CMMS systems for tracking maintenance activities preferred
• Forklift and/or crane certification is a plus
