Reworld is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability at a major waste-to-energy facility. You will oversee a team of Mechanics, Welders, and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians, directing maintenance planning, outages, and reliability initiatives to maximize asset availability.

Reporting to site leadership, you will shape maintenance strategy, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant operations and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance and reliability in power generation or similar continuous-process environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability.

Responsabilités

• Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce operating costs
• Lead maintenance planning, outage execution, predictive and preventive maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, budgeting, and workforce planning
• Oversee maintenance shops and craft personnel, and coach a high-performance team
• Develop and maintain a rolling 5-year site maintenance strategy
• Establish a maintenance metrics dashboard and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead the site Work Management Program (WM) and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and EHS leadership
