Nestlé Purina’s Batavia, Ohio plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the ASRS area, overseeing daily maintenance, TPM initiatives and safety standards. You will coach technicians, schedule work orders and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance and provide technical guidance, coaching, training and support to ASRS team members.
• Assign and schedule daily work orders and ensure technicians have proper tools and instructions.
• Utilize breakdown analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Validate integrity of maintenance data and communications across shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Develop strategies for efficient operation including resource planning, inventory management and budgeting.
• Manage team schedule, time off, payroll approvals, evaluations, and development.
• Promote safe work practices through training, observation and corrective action.
