Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance and provide guidance to ASRS team members.
• Assign daily work orders and ensure technicians have tools and instructions.
• Utilize breakdown analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop strategies for efficient operation including budgeting considerations.
• Manage team schedule, payroll approvals, and evaluations.
• Promote safe work practices through training and corrective action.
