Nestlé Purina welcomes an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the ASRS maintenance team in our Batavia facility. You will plan, coach and execute daily maintenance projects, drive TPM initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance uptime and efficiency.

You will manage schedules, data integrity and safety practices while mentoring technicians, ensuring adherence to Nestlé Purina standards and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan maintenance and provide technical guidance, coaching, training and support to ASRS team members.
• Assign and schedule daily work orders and ensure technicians have proper tools and instructions needed to complete tasks in accordance with Nestlé Purina standards of excellence.
• Utilize breakdown analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Validate integrity of maintenance data and communication provided by team members across all shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with cross-functional teams in the factory and external contractors and vendors.
• Develop strategies with the Maintenance Manager, Supervisors and Planners for efficient operation of the department, including utilization of resource planning systems, inventory management, implementation of projects and budget considerations.
• Manage team schedule, time off requests, payroll approval, evaluations, discipline and development.
• Promote safe work practices through modeling, training, observation and corrective action.
