Job summary

Sibelco in Wilson, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance team, deploy TPM across 30+ recycled glass plants, and drive preventive maintenance programs. You will supervise safety, training, equipment uptime, and root-cause analysis using the 8D method, while coordinating with SAP CMMS for asset tracking and budget control.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering, 8–10+ years maintenance experience, and proven supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• +8 years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with TPM/Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance team to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Enforce safe practices within the department and train staff.
• Oversee PM programs and maintenance planning across multiple plants.
• Coordinate with SAP CMMS for asset tracking and budget management.
• Lead root cause analyses (8D) for quality, yield, and uptime issues.
• Manage equipment vendors and spare parts inventories.
