Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across a Waste-to-Energy site. The role focuses on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Facility Manager.

You will guide the maintenance strategy, manage budgets, and develop a capable, cross-functional team of mechanics and technicians. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to ensure uptime, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency while promoting a strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisor experience in waste-to-energy or power/industrial plant maintenance.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance team and site reliability goals.
• Develop and manage 5-year maintenance plans and annual budgets.
• Oversee Maintenance Shops and staff such as Mechanics and E&I Technicians.
• Lead safety initiatives and environmental stewardship across site operations.
• Coordinate outages and major maintenance planning with EHS and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
