Job summary

Reworld seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, outage planning, and work management at a Thermomechanical Treatment Facility. You will guide Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation teams, set asset priorities, and drive safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Facility Manager and partners with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and corporate teams to improve plant performance while coaching supervisors and planners toward

Qualifications

  • Senior maintenance leadership in thermomechanical treatment, power generation, chemical processing, or continuous-process plants.
  • At least five years of maintenance-supervision experience.
  • Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety-first maintenance culture and environmental stewardship across the site.
  • Drive reliability, preventive maintenance, and work-management improvements.
  • Plan outages, scheduling, budgeting, and spare-parts management.
  • Develop and maintain the Long-Term Maintenance Plan (five years).
  • Coach and develop maintenance team members and planners.
