Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment at the North Liberty and Elkhart sites. You’ll manage capital projects, keep them on schedule and within budget, and act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager for asset health.

The role requires 5–10 years in maintenance and 3–5 years of leadership, with an engineering background preferred.
