Job summary

Indianaagconnection is seeking a Maintenance Leader to direct the maintenance department across the plant, coordinating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

The role requires 5–7 years in processing/packaging environments, supervision experience, and a two-year degree or equivalent. Strong planning, GMP knowledge, and bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Trained in electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance.
• Bilingual Spanish-English strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and food processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and equipment in the plant.
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and modifications to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory inspections (USDA, OSHA).
• Develop SOPs and SSOPs with QA/Production teams.
• Mentor and supervise maintenance hourly employees and coordinate with Production.
