Job summary

Guardian Energy Janesville is seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Maintenance Department to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of plant assets and systems.

As a leader you will drive maintenance and reliability programs, develop people and processes, coordinate with Operations, Grains, Engineering, Safety, and other support functions, and push continuous improvement to maximize equipment availability and asset life.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade certification with 5+ years in maintenance/operation of process manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance and reliability in continuous-process environments preferred.
• Strong CMMS and data management knowledge; experience with budgeting and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability programs to improve asset availability and reduce downtime.
• Own work-management process: planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Procurement to prioritize work.
• Administer CMMS as the system of record for asset hierarchy, costs, and history.
• Develop action plans from data analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Direct, coach, and develop maintenance staff and planners.
