Job summary

Executive Recruiting Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a multi-facility agricultural operation in the Midwest. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with a hands-on team that includes the Assistant Plant Manager, Quality Control Manager, Safety Manager, and a 15-20-person maintenance staff.

You will direct maintenance activities, schedule preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory and department budget, and train maintenance personnel to maximize equipment

Responsibilities

• Report to Plant Manager.
• Work with the following team members: Assistant Plant Manager, Quality Control Manager, Safety Manager, Maintenance Staff (15-20 on maintenance staff).
• Direct Maintenance staff to ensure optimum efficiency of equipment operating.
• Maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee parts inventory, orders, invoice, manage department budget.
• Provide training to maintenance personnel.
• Practice preventative maintenance.
• Direct procedures to ensure production meets budget.
• Oversee all aspects of maintenance within the plant.
