Bell Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across our apartment communities. You will oversee interior and exterior repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, attractive environment for residents.

You will recruit, train, and supervise maintenance associates, coordinate with vendors, and maintain compliance manuals. EPA 608 and CPO certifications are required, along with strong customer service and teamwork to uphold Bell Core

Qualificações

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Personnel supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and Type II certifications, plus a current CPO certification, required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure that the community and its grounds are in good repair and provide a safe, attractive environment for residents.
• Inspect the community and grounds regularly, identify areas needing repair.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate lawn service and other outdoor work with vendors.
• Set up and maintain the Community Compliance Manual for the community.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash.
• Maintain safety to prevent injuries to residents, associates, and visitors.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; follow OSHA requirements.
• Regular attendance and punctuality; additional duties as assigned.
