Crown Holdings, Inc. in Owatonna, MN seeks a Maintenance Manager on the day shift to supervise plant maintenance, implement preventive and predictive programs, and lead a team of technicians and storeroom staff.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while maintaining equipment reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing maintenance experience considered.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Lead, develop, and direct maintenance personnel and storeroom staff to support plant objectives.
• Foster teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across departments to drive operational performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, contractor services, and spare parts inventory.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and provide on-call support for emergencies.
