Job summary

PWT in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Millwrights, Electricians, Controls Engineers and storeroom staff, ensuring safety, reliability and world-class equipment availability across our operations.

You will guide Capex planning, manage spares, budgets and collaborate with quality, production and other departments to meet objectives. A strong background in manufacturing maintenance leadership and safety is required, with experience in electrical/controls preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing safety in an operations environment.
• Ability to manage and organize production data on computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, reliability and maintenance of the facility.
