Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading manufacturing organization in Omaha, Nebraska, to lead a plant maintenance team, improve asset reliability, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance, facilities, and capital projects.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop a high‑performing maintenance organization, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with operations, engineering, and quality to maximize uptime and optimize total plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical field preferred.
• 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and driving results through others.
• Strong background in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and high-speed manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, facilities, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate repair, maintenance, and installation activities to support production goals.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards.
• Establish and monitor maintenance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets, storeroom operations, and related spending.
