Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a global technology client in the building automation and industrial technology sector in Moorhead, MN, to find an experienced maintenance leader. This role centers on driving maintenance excellence and leading a plant team in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with plant leadership to oversee maintenance, align plans with KPIs and market demand, and plan major projects with capital investments to support growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in the aggregate or similar industrial facility.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical, Process, or Mining Engineering
• Microsoft Office, SAP experience strongly desired
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Some travel required

Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral member of the plant leadership team to create a high performance culture
• Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance related matters
• Oversee the maintenance department to achieve key performance indicators
• Align maintenance plans to achieve key performance indicators and/or market demand
• Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations for the plant
