Job summary

You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize uptime and reliability while supporting plant efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related technical diploma preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of power transmission systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and modify manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose failures and conduct root-cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to supervisors and production teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE in all tasks.
