Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the maintenance team.
Oversee daily maintenance activities and assign work based on production needs.
Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance (PM) programs.
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of mechanical and electrical production equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and equipment breakdowns.
Coordinate maintenance projects and equipment repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and documentation.
Work closely with production and management to minimize equipment downtime.
