Job summary

KIK Consumer Products in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maximize equipment reliability, safety and operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, managing maintenance programs and budgets, leading cross-functional initiatives, and developing a high-performing team to meet safety, cost, and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility with lean practices; bottle manufacturing is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing plant operations; EPA regulations knowledge.
• Experience with MaintainX or similar software; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills; ability to work fast-paced environments.
• Experience with integrated/computerized manufacturing systems; lean manufacturing or 5S is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, cost and production metrics to meet goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets and maintenance programs; oversee MRO.
• Implement maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Mentor and develop staff; evaluate performance and accountability.
• Perform root-cause analysis and rapid problem solving on the production floor.
• Ensure standardized work and adherence to internal controls and schedules.
