Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing across production, warehouse, and inventory. You will build a strong team, drive accountability, and optimize safety, quality, and delivery in a fast‑paced facility in Florida.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with people leadership, a strong understanding of plant operations, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but relevant experience is accepted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience in high‑speed filling/packaging.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with manufacturing systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and production metrics to meet goals.
• Lead filling and packaging operations, production planning, and changeovers.
• Spearhead productivity improvements with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory operations to align with schedules.
• Provide oversight of Blow Mold production and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Customer Service, Logistics, and HR.
• Monitor performance and drive root-cause analysis on the floor.
• Coach and develop employees, manage performance and attendance.
• Support employee relations, including performance reviews with HR.
• Lead continuous improvement through 5S, center lining, and waste reduction.
• Ensure daily/weekly/end‑of‑shift reporting on metrics.
