Responsibilities

• Sustain plant operational readiness for production demand and identify capacity constraints.
• Oversee maintenance of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Oversee engineering design and construction of new facilities or modifications.
• Develop plans, schedules and direct staff of trades employees.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are fully operational and optimized.
• Monitor costs for renovations and inspect completed work for conformance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and enforce safety programs.
