Linde Advanced Material Technologies Speedway site in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of about 24 maintenance professionals on a Panama shift schedule. The role focuses on establishing PM programs, improving asset reliability, and driving uptime improvements across a highly automated manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering-related degree with 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance and strong CMMS/Lean knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, industrial technology, maintenance management, operations, or related field.
8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, engineering, or operations.
Experience implementing or improving total preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or asset management programs.
Strong knowledge of CMMS and Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop about 24 maintenance professionals.
Establish and sustain PM, preventive, predictive maintenance, and asset reliability programs.
Drive improvements in equipment uptime, OEE, maintenance compliance, and overall performance.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and CI teams to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives.
Manage CMMS processes, spare parts strategy, and equipment history documentation.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
Foster safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and ownership.
