Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in Maintenance in CPG with 8+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&R org across plant for uptime and equipment life.
• Develop and implement strategic M&R roadmap.
• Drive zero losses via preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM.
• Manage M&R budget and capital projects, delivering savings.
• Develop skills of M&R team and ensure GMP/food safety compliance.
