Job summary

Niagara Bottling Detroit is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, ensure production equipment runs reliably and safely, and lead a world-class maintenance team. You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage contractors, and work with HR on staffing, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires an Associate's degree and several years in manufacturing, with leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills; Detroit plant

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of production equipment and related systems.
• Schedules and manages preventative maintenance activities.
• Hires, trains, coaches and reviews performance of employees in the maintenance team.
• Oversees safety team activities and enforces safety requirements.
• Develops capital equipment justifications to improve quality, cost and cycle times.
