Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Baytown, TX seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead preventative and corrective maintenance across packaging and molding operations. You will plan, direct, and optimize maintenance activities, build world-class teams, and collaborate with production to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with outside contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability, cost, and cycle times.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in field or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience managing people or projects.
• Experience overseeing maintenance of packaging/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directs preventative and corrective maintenance for buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Leads maintenance team and coordinates with Production Manager for scheduling.
• Oversees outside contractors and ensures safety compliance and training.
• Drives continuous improvement in equipment reliability, cost, and cycle times.
